This prepossessing monastery is located in Sevoke Road, Salugara. It is just 6 km away from Siliguri town.

How to reach The Great International Tashi Gomang Stupa?

The best way to visit this monastery is by city auto or colourful tuktuk. If you have pretty high budget, you can book a car too. There are few stops in Siliguri, from where you will get auto towards Salugara. Those stops are Venus More, Jalpai More and Sevoke More. Before you start your ride you have to tell the auto driver that you want to get down at Salugara Buddha temple or Salugara Buddha Mandir.

Visit Time:

The Great International Tashi Gomang Stupa opens at 5:00 am and closes by 11:00am in the morning and again opens at 3:00pm and closes by 5:00pm in the evening.

Some points to be mentioned:

There is no entry fee to enter the monastery and no charges for the camera too. But, you are not allowed to click photos inside the temple. One more thing to mention that pets are not allowed inside the temple compound.
