This winter can be special with Balushahi
Winter has already arrived in some parts of the earth and the other parts are taking preparation for it. Today, I am going to share a traditional Indian sweet recipe which can be a special dish for your Christmas or New Year evening. It is Balushahi, a yummy Indian sweet.
Ingredients:
- Grated Coconut
- Khoa
- Sugar
- Wheat flour
- Refined oil
- Water
Procedure:
Step1: First of all you have to heat a pan and add grated coconut, khoa, and sugar (as per your taste). Stir them well until the sugar properly mixed with the coconut and khoa. Once it is done, keep it aside.
Step 2: Now, take a bowl and put some wheat flour in it. Add some water, a tablespoon refined oil, a pinch of salt and a half tablespoon baking soda. Mix them well and make it stiff dough.
Step 3: Now, divide the dough into small equal pieces. Make a half hold in each piece using your thumb, stuff the khoa and coconut mixture in each piece and make balls. Now, heat a pan, add refined oil and fry those balls.
Step 4: Take a vessel and heat it. Add sugar and water and blend them. Make the syrup with two thread consistency.
Step 5: Once your sugar syrup is ready, dip those fried balls into it and allow them to absorb the sweetness.

Once it has cooled down, serve it with snacks and tea.
