Winter Mood
Did I tell you that Winter is my favourite season? I was born and brought up in a state which has six seasons, and the town I live gives us very clear feelings of each season. So, winter occupies only two months here. Though it is short, I love it so much and want to enjoy each and every day of it.

Winter days are foggy, grey. The day starts with a pastel morning and proceed with some golden lines. This happens most of the days during winter. Yes, there are also some days are very foggy to see things clearly, but, there is no snowfall at my town.

Memories of Winter
I have many beautiful memories of winter. This is the season, when my grandfather used to bring oranges from Bhutan. It was huge. My mom and grand-mom used to make different kinds of Bengali traditional sweets. Relatives used to visit at our home every year. This was the time for picnic with friends and family. There were different kinds of fairs in local areas. Christmas and New Year’s holiday events. So, overall, winter has been always so eventful and filled with fun moments.

Winter Now
Though my winter has changed, some things are still there in my life. Yes, mom prepares traditional sweets, and I am learning those from her. Different kinds of fairs are approaching again. Yes, picnic time again. This is the time when I can master my knitting skill. Moreover, a cold evening with Darjeeling tea and a newspaper.

Some things are so sweet, and winter has many such things for me. Not only the memories, but also things to give and add to my memory list. I am keen to know your winter experiences and good memories too. So please comment down below to share those with me and others.
