White Chicken Recipe
As we know that change is constant and we always want change..Today , I am going to share a unique chicken recipe with you. As the colour of this recipe is white we can call it as White Chicken.
1)Boneless chicken (500gm)
3)Two chopped onion and garlic
4)Black pepper powder
5)Milk 1 cup
6)Wheat flour (2 tablespoons)
9)Egg white (2 eggs)
First, you have to boil small pieces of boneless chicken in salted water. Once its done, take out those chicken pieces and keep the pieces and chicken stock separately.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces and boil them in same way.
Fry those boiled potatoes in a pan with butter and then keep them aside.
Put 2 tablespoons butter on a different pan and add chopped onion and garlic. Fry them for few minutes but don’t let them get brown. Add wheat flour and stir it nicely. Now, add milk and then egg white. Do stir continuously. After mixing milk and egg white add chicken stock and mix them all again.
Once all the components mixed properly, add boiled chicken and fried potato pieces. Add black pepper and salt as per your taste and cook them until the mixture gets a thicker look as the image.
Once it gets the thick and glossy look, your White Chicken is ready. You can serve it at dinner with bread or roti.
