We love to live healthy and yes some of us want to stay in shape. I am talking about body shape, but the most important thing is that we are confused about our diet. Maintaining diet does not mean stop eating. We have to eat to maintain our health too.
Today I am going to share a nice high protein salad recipe which is helpful to every health conscious and figure conscious person.
This is a very easy recipe to make at home and anyone (including people can’t cook) also can make this appetizing salad .

Ingredients:

  1. Chopped tomatoes
  2. Chopped capsicums
  3. Chopped onions and garlic
  4. Green chilies nicely chopped  
  5. Lemon juice (two table spoon)
  6. Black pepper powder
  7. Salt as per your taste
  8. 200 gm chicken breast pieces (medium to small)
  9. Vinegar
  10. Turmeric powder
  11. Red chile powder

How to marinate the chicken pieces?

You have to take chicken breast pieces which is actually boneless or else you can get boneless chicken from your nearby market. Now, add vinegar, turmeric powder, red chile powder, and salt. Stir it nicely and keep it for an hour.
This is to be mentioned that you can also use lemon juice instead of vinegar but in this case you have to add olive oil to marinate the chicken. Otherwise you will not get the fine soft and juicy chicken after grill.

Procedure :

Add chopped tomatoes, capsicums, green chilies, onion and garlic. Stir it nicely and then add salt and black pepper powder (as per your taste) and then add two table spoon lemon juice as well. Now stir it again and keep it aside.

Now, grill your marinated chicken pieces until it gives an attractive reddish look.

Once you done with your chicken grill, you can add those grilled chicken pieces to the mixed vegetables salad which you kept aside. Now stir it again and serve it. If you want, you can garnish this chicken salad with coriander leaves and lettuce.
